Private Workshops

We offer our guide services primarily in the Great Smoky Mountains, Cherokee National Forest and The Cumberland Plateau of Tennessee. These are the areas we call home; if you are planning a visit to any of these areas let us be your guide. Don't spend precious time looking for the best spots or getting lost trying to find an area you've heard about. We'll take you there, help you find the best angle and then bring you back to your hotel.

Are you visiting the Smokies with "non-photographing" family? Visiting family in the area and would like to get in some photography or may be you just would like some personal instruction.  Spend a day or half-day with us in the park photographing. We'll meet you up at your hotel and the family can keep your vehicle for getting around, many times we're back before they are even ready to head out for the day.


Guide service rates are:
From Sunrise till Noon.....$100
From Noon till Sunset......$100
Entire Day......................$175

The rates are per individual not for groups. The guide service can be tailored for small parties up to three (3) persons for small extra fee depending on the amount of instruction and time.
 

Private Workshops/Tours

Would you like a photography workshop or tour where you got the leaders full undivided attention? Are you just starting out in outdoor and nature photography and would like to make major advances in a short amount of time? Then a private workshop might be just the thing for you.

A private workshop is perfect for a camera club or a small group of friends wanting to get away for a few days of photography and instruction.

Private workshops/tours can take many different forms depending on the needs of the guest(s). The program can be as short as a 1 1/2 days or as long as four days. For your workshop we'll handle the locations, instruction, transportation and/or possible multiple instructors. * If you need us to and time will allow, we can plan your workshop, book your hotel, arrange your transportation and provide airport pick up.*  We'll also take care of notes and hand-outs.
