Your deposit is due at the time of registration.  The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the workshop, field class. For our one day seminars we request that the entire fee be paid at registration. If you must cancel your registration 45 days prior to the workshop your deposit is fully refundable. If you must cancel within 45 days of a workshop we regret that we can not refund your deposit but we will apply it to one of Natural Impressions’ future workshops. Any payments above the required deposit will be refunded. In the unlikely event that a workshop must be canceled for any reason we will refund all fees paid to Natural Impressions, however we can not be responsible for any other expenses you may have incurred.
